Are they an options package, or can they be ordered individually? The necklace girl option might be nice, but I’d have to see a Cherry equipped with one in person.

You could get a Pacer with two year/24,000 mile coverage, though. #UtterlyUselessFacts

The Zweikreiss-Bremssystem mit Bremskraftregler, and the Drehstrom-Lichtmaschine got me sold.
Joking aside, these run in my family, my dad told me he had a Chery 100a hatch of this generation (complete with very 70s rear window louvers), and my uncle had a 120a f-II (the second generation).

I’m not sure why, exactly, but I consider the 120A first generation to be one of the best looking Japanese cars ever made.

I couldn’t find any option lists but it seems that economy and sturdiness were present in most slogans. This ad mentions inner mudguards but not any girls.

But at least that was a good warranty and up to today’s standards.

I agree that Datsun/Nissan designs from the 70s are among best Japanese designs. Maybe the 120a looks so great due to that huge rear hatch, which looks very useless, but elegant.

I love seeing how short warranties used to be. 1 year or 20,000km. Ouch
